So this is the Astana Baby House. Here orphaned children from around Astana spend their first four years before moving on to a separate facility for children 4-18.

Here in the nation's capital, the Baby House benefits greatly in that the President has chosen to maintain it as a showcase of sorts and proudly brings visiting dignitaries and guests to its grounds. It is subsequently well funded and amply staffed, and its children are well cared for medically and nutritionally.
